Responsibilities
Request creative, track and launch all media promotions for events to ensure client performance targets
Research, vet and contract influencers and content creators for retail events
Brief influencers and digital creators with or without client leads
Travel to and be on site to guide and assist influencers and content creators at retail locations across the U.S.
Communicate with clients directly or collaborate with internal stake holders results, tests, and needs on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
Act as liaison with any agency partners
Maintain strong familiarity and comfort with media budgets, program profit and loss, and contract negotiations
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 4–6 years experience in relevant field (Agency environment experience preferred)
Travel requirement: Some travel expected
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Understanding of paid, earned and owned media channels including digital, social, email, in-store and out-of-home
Campaign planning, flighting, trafficking and launch processes
Platform ecosystems and content formats
Influencer discovery, vetting, contracting, briefing and deliverable management
Retail event mechanics including traffic-driving tactics, store-level alignment, merchandising coordination and onsite activation workflows
Media budgeting, pacing and reconciliation
Program profit and loss ownership, margin management and cost controls
Forecasting, variance analysis and ROI modeling
Ability to translate brand objectives into actionable creator briefs including hooks, calls to action, brand voice and compliance notes
Environmental & Physical Requirements
Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
Field Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities: Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration.
