We are hiring a Business Marketing Campaigns & Lead Generation Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads for our IT services company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and run paid marketing campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • LinkedIn Ads (bonus)
  • Other relevant paid channels
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads for IT services
  • Build and optimize conversion-focused funnels
  • Define targeting, creatives, copy, and offers
  • Continuously optimize CPL, CTR, and conversions
  • Align campaigns with business and sales goals

Practical Scope of Work

  • Create and manage:
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Landing pages & forms
  • Retargeting campaigns
  • Test ad creatives, audiences, and messaging
  • Monitor budgets and ROAS
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead qualification
  • Provide weekly performance reports with insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads
  • Experience generating leads for IT services / agencies / B2B companies
  • Strong understanding of funnels, tracking, and attribution
  • Experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics
  • Conversion tracking (Pixels, GTM, events)
  • Data-driven, structured, and results-focused

Nice to Have (Bonus):

  • LinkedIn Ads experience
  • CRM & lead management tools
  • Copywriting & creative direction skills
  • Experience targeting US / EU markets

KPIs You’ll Be Measured On
