Gabi Childcare, a NY private care staffing agency, is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Specialist to help grow our childcare, household support, and educational partnership divisions. This role is perfect for someone who excels in lead generation, outreach, conversions, and relationship building—and who enjoys working with childcare professionals and family centered services.

This is a results driven position with a weekly stipend plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into active clients
• Build partnerships with families, childcare professionals, schools, and corporate teams
• Create and execute marketing strategies across social media, email, and community channels
• Assist with content creation, promotions, and brand messaging
• Follow up with prospective clients and close service enrollments
• Support agency events, outreach campaigns, and partnership programs
• Work collaboratively with childcare staff to understand placement needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and marketing activity

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, sales, outreach, or brand development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong writing skills (emails, marketing copy, social media captions)
• Organized, reliable, and able to meet weekly goals
• Self-starter who thrives in a commission-based environment
• Comfortable working with diverse families and childcare professionals
• Knowledge of childcare, education, or staffing industries is a plus
• Familiarity with social media, SEO, and engagement strategy preferred
• NYC-based or able to travel to NYC for occasional meetings
