The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design-build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision — built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing & Client Relations Executive to manage client calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions for our construction and villa projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound client calls and messages
• Maintain lead follow-up and enquiry sheets (Excel / CRM)
• Schedule client meetings and coordinate site visits
• Support digital/offline marketing campaigns
• Liaise between clients, architects, and project teams
• Participate in promotional and client events

Requirements

• Excellent communication in Malayalam & English
• Strong coordination and client-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Gmail, Sheets)
• Prior experience in real estate/construction/telemarketing preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome

Salary & Benefits

• Performance Bonus: 0.5 % of project cost for every confirmed project handled by the marketing team

Work Location

• TBC Office, Thiruvankulam, Ernakulam, Kerala
• Strictly on-site work (No remote option)
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 6 Days a Week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
