In the Marketing Clinical Liaison role with Bright Light, you’ll support our ABA therapy centers across Minnesota by building community partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and connecting families to high-quality services. This position plays a key role in expanding access to care and supporting the growth of our regional clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local hospitals/facilities/clinics to build relationships for new referral growth
• Work with facility operations to determine whether people we serve meet clinical and financial admission criteria
• Manage family relationships as part of the pre-admission process
• Develop business development and community relations strategies for individual facility markets
• Work with facility operations to create and implement specialized marketing plans to support core growth opportunities
• Assist in maintaining company branding/image standards
• Facilitate community relationships to support clinical growth
• 75% Travel

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Preferred - 2 years of related experience in the healthcare industry
• Driver's license and willing to use personal car to travel
