Spring Semester Marketing Co-Op

Note: this is an in-person position. Hours are flexible, estimated to be 20 hours per week.

Purpose: This position will take direction from the HR & Marketing Manager and collaborate with our Business Development team to support Arcamed’s marketing strategy through content creation, engagement, and data analysis. The Marketing Co-Op will have the opportunity to own marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen Arcamed’s online presence, and connect with current or future customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Curate content for social media platforms on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor and review metrics, mentions, and engagement; and create a plan of action to optimize, respond, and engage.
  • Provide direction as needed on engagement initiatives following content deployment.
  • Track and promote employee engagement initiatives and organize monthly recognition.
  • Create and distribute quarterly newsletters for strategic customers and targets.
  • Manage weekly updates to the Arcamed website including pictures, testimonials, case studies, and case studies.
  • Write and edit press releases and thought leadership pieces (case studies/blog posts),highlighting Arcamed’s expertise in the medical manufacturing industry.
  • Coordinate Account Based Marketing (ABM)initiatives, including planning, execution, and tracking of targeted campaigns.
  • Create and edit video and photo content to be used in marketing materials.
  • Participate in weekly business development and bi-weekly strategic marketing meetings.
  • Commit to learning about Arcamed's products, operations, and customers to create accurate, educated content.
  • Support additional marketing efforts and events as necessary.

Required Skills and Education:
  • Current Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Ownership mindset – ability to take initiative, manage projects, and follow through
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data to make recommendations
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO principles
  • Experience or coursework in social media marketing
  • Proficiency in professional writing and communication
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development
