Moneta is looking for a "Marketing Communication Manager" for a global company.

Job Description:

The MarCom Manager is a strategic, ROI-driven leader responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies across digital and traditional channels.

This role will:

  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across every touchpoint
  • Drive data-backed decisions and measurable ROI
  • Accompany the company’s e-commerce acceleration and digital transformation

The MarCom Manager will lead a high-impact team and act as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce to deliver powerful brand presence and measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute 360° MarCom strategies combining traditional, digital, and e-commerce channels.
  • Lead digital campaign strategy (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, performance media) with focus on traffic, conversion, and ROI.
  • Drive content strategy for websites, social media, CRM, and marketplaces; ensure creative excellence and brand alignment.
  • Oversee CRM to increase retention and LTV.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce team to optimize retailer media and product content performance.
  • Manage agencies and freelancers, ensuring cost efficiency and speed-to-market.
  • Lead influencer collaborations and emerging media initiatives (video, podcasts).
  • Analyze campaign data, report KPIs, and implement optimizations to maximize return on spend.
  • Ensure brand coherence across online/offline activations, PR, events, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate internal comms, press releases, and corporate messaging.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing communications, with strong digital and e-commerce expertise.
  • Proven record in performance marketing and data-driven optimization (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Skilled in creative briefing, content production, and storytelling.
  • Strong background in agency and budget management.
  • Excellent communication skills in Turkish; English proficiency required for international collaboration.
  • Proactive, analytical mindset; able to translate insight into action.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digitally driven B2C/B2B companies (consumer electronics, FMCG, SDA preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of marketplace/e-commerce media (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon).
  • Demonstrated success in ROI-oriented campaigns and cross-functional leadership.
