Marketing & Communications Analyst
Bluevale Capital is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Analyst to support marketing and communications for its Connecticut multifamily assets (Shelton Grove Apartments and the Hampton Inn Milford conversion). The role blends analytical, creative, and operational functions managing campaigns, coordinating vendors, and ensuring consistent branding across digital and offline platforms.
This position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain exposure to real-estate marketing, digital strategy, and brand development within a fast-paced private-equity environment.
What You Will Do
- Branding & Messaging: Support the creation of brand identity materials (logos, visual systems, tone guides) and develop messaging aligned with community demographics.
- Websites & Analytics: Assist in auditing and maintaining property websites; manage updates, GA4 integrations, CRM connections, and content refreshes; track and analyze performance.
- SEO: Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, manage Google Business Profiles, and produce monthly analytics summaries.
- Paid Media – Google Ads: Help plan and monitor campaigns focused on awareness and lead generation; optimize creative and targeting for best ROI.
- Paid Social – Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Develop and manage ad sets, track conversions, and experiment with messaging to improve engagement and lead quality.
- Social Media (Organic): Maintain content calendars, schedule posts, engage with followers, and create graphics or short-form content as needed.
- Radio & OOH: Assist with radio advertising scripts, scheduling, and coordinating out-of-home placements (bus, train, billboard) in target markets.
- PR & Earned Media: Draft press releases and coordinate with local publications to secure placements and backlinks; track performance and exposure.
- Affordable-Housing Marketing Compliance: Support compliant outreach for affordable units, including partnerships with community organizations and diverse media channels.
- Photo/Video Production: Help plan shoots, coordinate editing, and organize digital asset management.
- Reporting: Build reports tracking lead flow, ad spend, and conversion performance; summarize findings for senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media, ideally within real estate, property management, or related industries.
- Experience managing or supporting Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO.
- Familiarity with Connecticut communities and local audience dynamics.
- Working knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) and basic HTML for quick website updates.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles including analytics, campaign tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong attention to detail and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
- Proactive, analytical mindset and willingness to take ownership of measurable outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $55,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
