In this role, you will take the lead in managing brand and communication initiatives with a primary focus on Aktif Bank and its flagship brands, N Kolay and Passo, while also covering the broader ecosystem of subsidiaries.

WHAT SKILLS AND QUALITIES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field (master’s is a plus),

Experience in banking or financial services is highly valued,

At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications, with solid exposure to ATL&BTL advertising, campaign management, and creative production,

Strong knowledge of media planning and media budget management, in collaboration with media agencies,

Experience in brand strategy and positioning processes, with active involvement in brand building and rebranding projects.

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders,

Detail-oriented mindset ensuring high-quality outputs,

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams, other departments and agencies,

Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

Openness to innovation, including leveraging AI and new digital tools,

Progressive mindset;
with curiosity to explore new ideas, challenge conventions, and embrace continuous learning.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a key member of the Marketing Communications team, you’ll lead brand and communication projects with a primary focus on Aktif Bank, N Kolay, and Passo, while also managing initiatives across the Bank’s broader ecosystem of brands — including Sigortayeri, Uption, Aktif Portföy, and others — ensuring alignment, creativity, and consistency at every touchpoint.

Manage ATL and BTL communication projects with creative agencies,

Oversee the production of advertising materials across all channels,

Lead the planning and management of media budgets and schedules in collaboration with the media agency,

Drive the creative development and visual execution of annual and sustainability reports, corporate presentations and brand books,

Ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all internal and external communication,

Contribute to brand refresh or rebranding initiatives,

Deliver branding solutions for corporate events, ensuring visual consistency and impact,

Oversee communication needs of Aktif Bank branches and ecosystem entities,
-
Use AI tools to enhance design efficiency and creative workflows,

Keep up with global trends in communication, branding, and creative technologies.
