About the Role
We’re seeking a full-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to bring Sui’s voice, visuals, and presence to meaningful life across all channels.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who balances design sensibility, charisma, organization, and fast execution.
You’ll oversee and execute:
- SUI Yoga/Spa social channels
- SUI Café social channels
- Newsletters and email marketing
- Printed and digital studio signage
- Brand asset management
- Daily multimedia needs
- Develop and implement multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and print advertising.
- Manage content creation for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and email newsletters using tools like WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Optimize digital content for search engines (SEO) to increase online visibility and traffic.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve campaign efficiency.
- Light project coordination for campaigns, promotions, and partnerships

What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
- Create, film, photograph, edit, and publish content for SUI Yoga/Spa + SUI Café on Instagram/TikTok
- Maintain SUI’s calm, sensory, modern aesthetic
- Build and execute monthly content calendars
- Engage with our community via DMs, comments, and reposts
- Coordinate content capture with teachers, therapists, partners, and events
- Produce reports, track performance, and suggest improvements
- Use AI tools elegantly for editing, design, and ideation
- Conduct short interviews with teachers, therapists, members, and guests to bring real stories to life
Email, Copywriting & Newsletter Communications
- Write and design weekly newsletters (Mailchimp/Flowdesk/Momence)
- Craft promotional emails for classes, spa services, café updates, sales, and events
- Monitor analytics and optimize open + click rates
Brand, Signage & Studio Assets
Create or coordinate production of:
- Posters and A-frame inserts
- Café menus and price tags
- Studio rules and wellness signage
- Class schedules and printed collateral
- Manage our visual asset library and templates
- Coordinate with printers and vendors
- Ensure all physical brand touchpoints stay updated, consistent, and beautiful
Partnerships, Collaborations & Community
- Identify and manage brand partnerships: hotels, cafés, wellness brands, local businesses
- Coordinate cross-promotions, giveaways, and shared content
- Manage influencer and creator relationships
- Support both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Support event marketing and community storytelling
Campaigns, Seasonal Moments & Sales
- Execute seasonal campaigns (New Year, Black Friday/Holiday, Valentine’s, Summer, etc.)
- Support membership pushes, spa promotions, and class initiatives
- Produce assets aligned with strategic direction
- Track performance and refine based on results
Multimedia & Project Coordination
- Organize photoshoots and video shoots
- Maintain, tag, and archive photo/video library
- Support marketing timelines and deliverables
- Assist with occasional events, tastings, community classes, and open houses
Other Responsibilities That Will Occasionally Land on Your Desk
- Updating Google Business + ClassPass listings
- Assisting café team with menu/price updates
- Maintaining brand consistency across all spaces
- Updating menu items on POS systems
- Supporting leadership with special creative projects
- Staying tapped into wellness, design, and cultural trends
Who You Are
- A creative with strong aesthetic intuition and attention to detail
- A storyteller who writes in a grounded, elevated, soulful voice
- Confident with short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
- Comfortable filming on your phone in studio environments
- Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Organized, fast, reliable, and excellent with follow-through
- Community-oriented, charismatic, and comfortable interviewing people
- Skillful on using AI tools thoughtfully for design, writing, and creativity
- Thrives in environments where projects evolve constantly
- Proficient in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies.
- Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML basics, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to develop compelling copywriting tailored for various channels including B2B marketing environments.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and product management principles.
- Excellent research skills combined with analytical thinking to interpret data insights effectively.
- Bonus: experience in hospitality, yoga, fitness, spa, or wellness

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
