Responsibilities

  • Manage content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for increased organic traffic.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to grow followers and foster community interaction.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns across multiple channels including print advertising, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation software to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Support product management teams by creating compelling product descriptions, promotional materials, and sales collateral tailored for B2B (business-to-business) audiences.
  • Assist with budgeting for marketing projects and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and editing.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress website management and basic HTML coding skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO techniques, content marketing principles, and performance marketing metrics.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing tools and advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords.
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools to nurture leads and customer relationships.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent research skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new marketing trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
