Marketing & Communications Executive (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing & Communications Executive to manage branding, campaigns, digital presence, and communications for our ladies spa. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage social media content, calendars, and agency coordination
• Oversee brand communication, tone of voice, and visuals
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Manage promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance analysis
• Support internal communications and staff campaigns
• Coordinate photoshoots, videos, and marketing materials

Requirements

• Female candidate (ladies spa environment)
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing & communications
• Background in beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brands preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills
• Ability to manage agencies and multiple stakeholders
