Marketing Communications Lead
This role requires a strong agency background, a refined visual eye, and hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, and community moderation. The ideal candidate can translate creative vision into structured communication plans while leading internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications Strategy

Define and execute company’s overall MarCom strategy across digital and offline channels

Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual language in all communications

Translate brand vision into clear communication frameworks and campaigns
Visual & Creative Direction

Act as a visual gatekeeper for all brand communications

Review and guide visual outputs (social media, campaigns, decks, lookbooks, website content)

Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, and creative partners

Brief and manage external agencies or freelancers when needed
Social Media Strategy & Moderation

Build and manage the social media content strategy and publishing calendar

Oversee daily social media operations, including posting, engagement, and moderation

Design and implement a social media moderation plan (community management, tone of voice, response guidelines, crisis scenarios)

Monitor audience feedback and translate insights into action
Campaign & Content Management

Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments

Coordinate content production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor the MarCom team

Act as the main point of contact between founders, internal teams, and external collaboration partners
Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably with a strong agency, brand or publishing background

Proven experience leading or coordinating MarCom / content / social media teams

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, copywriting and creative processes

Hands-on experience with social media strategy, moderation, and community management

Interest in design, merchandising, and contemporary culture, including fan driven communities

Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or design-driven brands is a strong plus
