Marketing & Communications Lead Film Studios (SPA5-QPFS0031)

Role Purpose

Lead marketing and communications activities for the Film Studio asset to support leasing, partnerships, launch readiness, industry engagement, and overall market positioning. The role is responsible for shaping a strong B2B and industry-facing presence for the Film Studio while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards, activation priorities, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with the Film Studio strategy, commercial priorities, and activation roadmap.
  • Lead B2B and industry-facing positioning of the Film Studio as a destination for production, partnerships, and creative ecosystem growth.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting leasing, partnerships, workshops, launch activities, and activation programs.
  • Develop presentations, communication materials, marketing collateral, proposals, and digital content tailored to external partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage social media coordination, digital presence, website-related content inputs, and communication channels in line with approved messaging.
  • Support internal and external communication activities across activation phases, including launch communications and milestone announcements.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, promotional events, and industry visibility initiatives.
  • Support branding alignment with corporate and asset-level standards, including approvals and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead generation support, and communication effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with group communications, branding, and public affairs functions on approvals, media handling, and messaging requirements.
  • Support media coordination, PR activities, and external communication requests in accordance with governance processes.
  • Manage supplier coordination for creative, production, content, and marketing support services.
  • Support launch campaigns, activation milestones, and public-facing announcements tied to commercial and operational readiness.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across commercial, operational, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to ecosystem engagement by promoting workshops, partnerships, and industry development activities associated with the Film Studio.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of marketing and communications experience.
  • Experience in entertainment, destination, cultural, B2B, or industry-facing marketing environments preferred.
