Role Purpose
Lead marketing and communications activities for the Film Studio asset to support leasing, partnerships, launch readiness, industry engagement, and overall market positioning. The role is responsible for shaping a strong B2B and industry-facing presence for the Film Studio while ensuring alignment with corporate brand standards, activation priorities, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities-
Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with the Film Studio strategy, commercial priorities, and activation roadmap.

Lead B2B and industry-facing positioning of the Film Studio as a destination for production, partnerships, and creative ecosystem growth.

Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting leasing, partnerships, workshops, launch activities, and activation programs.

Develop presentations, communication materials, marketing collateral, proposals, and digital content tailored to external partners and industry stakeholders.

Manage social media coordination, digital presence, website-related content inputs, and communication channels in line with approved messaging.

Support internal and external communication activities across activation phases, including launch communications and milestone announcements.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, promotional events, and industry visibility initiatives.

Support branding alignment with corporate and asset-level standards, including approvals and messaging consistency.

Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, lead generation support, and communication effectiveness.

Coordinate with group communications, branding, and public affairs functions on approvals, media handling, and messaging requirements.

Support media coordination, PR activities, and external communication requests in accordance with governance processes.

Manage supplier coordination for creative, production, content, and marketing support services.

Support launch campaigns, activation milestones, and public-facing announcements tied to commercial and operational readiness.

Ensure consistency of messaging across commercial, operational, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Contribute to ecosystem engagement by promoting workshops, partnerships, and industry development activities associated with the Film Studio.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

5–7 years of marketing and communications experience.

Experience in entertainment, destination, cultural, B2B, or industry-facing marketing environments preferred.
