MANEL Fashion is a Dubai-based luxury fashion house known for its timeless, editorial inspired collections. We are expanding our team and looking for a highly driven Marketing & Communication Manager to oversee the brand’s global image, campaigns, and communication strategies.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for all aspects of brand visibility, communication, and positioning across international markets. From social media to press relations, from photoshoots to fashion shows, this person will ensure the MANEL brand identity is consistently represented at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Communication & Strategy
- Develop and execute the global marketing & communications strategy aligned with the brand vision.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
- Social Media Management
- Oversee and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage content calendars, storytelling, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
- PR & Media Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with press, editors, stylists, and media outlets.
- Write and distribute press releases, lookbooks, and collection notes.
- Secure press coverage, features, and celebrity placements.
- Photoshoots & Campaigns
- Coordinate editorial shoots, campaign shoots, and lookbooks.
- Work with creative teams (photographers, stylists, videographers, MUAs) to ensure brand alignment.
- Events & Fashion Weeks
- Organize and manage fashion shows, presentations, pop-ups, and brand events.
- Liaise with production teams, PR agencies, and event organizers.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and influencer marketing.
- Monitor KPIs, analytics, and performance to optimize campaigns.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Identify and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with design, sales, and production teams to align launches and campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing/communications within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of global fashion markets, digital trends, and PR strategies.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills in English (French/Arabic is a plus).
- Experience managing photoshoots, events, and social media campaigns.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.
