Marketing Communications Manager - Part time

The ideal candidate for this position of MarCom Manager (Marketing Communication Manager) will be responsible for representing the company's brand as effectively as possible. This will include an acceleration of Company's Brand Global Image through successful marketing campaigns and developing a strategy to execute all external communications. The outcome of these goals will lead to greater demand for the company's products and services.


Responsibilities

  • Have a deep understanding of the company's products and goals
  • Work cross-functionally with different departments
  • Develop, manage, and continuously optimize data-driven performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including search, social media, display, and retargeting.
  • Track data on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Design and implement appropriate marketing strategies & structures in order to ensure the effective strategic positioning and viability of the company.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive competitors & market information library.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all target media – print & electronic, local, national and international to encourage and maximize coverage of all events and promotions.
  • Handles the production of all printed & marketing collaterals and ensure that all publications, brochures & collaterals of the property meet high professional and quality standards and are in accordance with the company’s visual identity guide.
  • Manage company's website and maintain up to date information, promotions & events.
  • Adhere to Company's rules and regulations at all times.
  • Preparing effective PowerPoint (PPT) skills for internal and external meetings as and when desired.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
  • 3 - 5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Experienced leader and collaborator
