Job Purpose
As an Officer -marketing communication, you would be reporting to the Marketing Manager, and will manage the overall execution of the campaign for Private Banking & Branch across Digital, Offline, PR, Events & Research.
Key result Areas
Private Banking

Develop and execute NTB & ETB campaigns from start to finish, including creative development, roll-out, and tracking.

Collaborate with the PR team to establish a thought leadership calendar.

Plan and execute events effectively.

Monitor campaign results and analyze data for improvements.

Track competitor activities and develop appropriate marketing responses.

Manage assigned budgets, vendor accruals, and payments in compliance with Finance policies.

Ensure necessary permits for marketing promotions are obtained from Economic Departments.

Execute all creative elements required for media plans, including social media, web, SEO/SEM, display advertising, and database marketing.

Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across platforms and deliver month-on-month KPIs.

Work with the Marketing Manager to identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, collaborating with the Product team, Technology, and Digital Studio to optimize user funnels.
Branch Marketing

Collaborate with the Branch team to manage branding related to Branches, ATMs, and EBSUs.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely updates to branding.

Coordinate with various marketing stakeholders for any product branding updates.

Maintain weekly trackers and provide regular updates to the branch team.

Facilitate communication between the Branch team and vendors to track projects closely and ensure timely completion.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience

Creative thinker, strong ideation, effective communicator, and detail-oriented executor

Engages with stakeholders across RBG

Leverages external agencies and partners for exceptional campaigns

Bachelor's degree required; Post Graduate degree is a plus
