Job Summary

The Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for supporting the execution of design, high-quality creative assets across multiple platforms and formats. This role will work closely with the Senior Marcom Manager to ensure brand consistency, visual excellence, and impactful storytelling across campaigns, digital content, packaging, and corporate communication initiatives.



Job Responsibilities

Creative Development

  • Design and deliver creative materials including campaign visuals, packaging, POSM, and digital content.
  • Translate briefs into innovative concepts that align with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external agencies to produce compelling assets.

Brand & Visual Identity

  • Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and visual identity..
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of brand guidelines and visual language.

Social Media Content

  • Execute engaging content for always-on and campaign-driven social media activities.
  • Adapt global trends into relevant, local executions.
  • Work with the social media and community management teams to deliver impactful visual content.

Partnership & Campaign Support

  • Assist in developing creative assets for influencer collaborations, CSR initiatives, and partnership campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and visual output across all partner deliverables.

Production & Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors, printers, and production houses to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain an organized archive of creative assets for easy access and reuse.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Senior MarCom Manager to execute projects on time and with high quality.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and team discussions



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of experience in Creative content, Graphic design, copywriting
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative projects across digital and offline channels.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Familiarity with current design and social media trends.
