Marketing Communications Specialist (Bilingual – Arabic & English)


We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Marketing Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that promote the products and services of our technology-driven companies.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software or SaaS marketing , with a proven ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms, generate inbound leads, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with both B2B and B2G audiences. This role will be instrumental in driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple channels.


1. Strategic Communications and Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies—online and offline—aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (social media, digital, events, etc.) focused on software and SaaS solutions to generate qualified inbound leads.
  • Create and maintain messaging frameworks for products and services, tailored to target segments, buyer personas, and industry verticals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new software products or feature launches.


2. Content Creation and Marketing Collateral

  • Lead the creation of high-quality, bilingual (Arabic and English) content, including:
  • • Website copy and product landing pages
  • • Blog posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces
  • • Case studies and customer success stories
  • • Whitepapers, brochures, and solution briefs
  • • Email campaigns and newsletters
  • Collaborate with designers to produce engaging presentations, pitch decks, and visual assets that communicate software value propositions effectively.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities and product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging that supports sales enablement.


3. Lead Generation and Performance Management

  • Own and optimize inbound lead generation and conversion funnels for software and SaaS offerings .
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Zoho Marketing Hub.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports on campaign outcomes, lead quality, and marketing ROI.


4. Case Study and Portfolio Development

  • Collaborate with project managers, customers, and sales teams to curate impactful case studies highlighting the successful deployment of software and digital solutions.
  • Maintain and continuously expand a portfolio of client success stories and reference materials to support business development efforts.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing communications role within the technology or SaaS industry .
  • Proven success in content creation and campaign management for B2B or B2G software solutions .
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
