Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing & Communications Specialist with strong expertise in Traditional Marketing, solid hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, and the ability to confidently handle Corporate Communication and Client Interaction.
The ideal candidate should have a polished personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to professionally speak with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams. A strong portfolio and experience in a corporate or professional industry environment is required.
Key Responsibilities
Traditional Marketing (Primary Strength Required)
- Develop and design traditional marketing materials: brochures, catalogues, flyers, standees, banners, event branding, and product profiles.
- Manage branding for exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, and product demos.
- Coordinate with printing vendors, suppliers, agencies, and fabrication partners.
- Ensure all printed materials follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the sales team with professional presentations and product collateral.
Digital Marketing (Supporting but Important)
- Assist with digital campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Support website updates, basic SEO tasks, and landing page improvements.
- Create digital content for social media, newsletters, and emailers.
- Maintain posting schedules and social media calendars.
- Track digital results and share performance insights.
Corporate & Client Communication
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and business partners as required.
- Coordinate with corporate clients for marketing materials, event preparation, or brand approvals.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and meeting coordination in a professional and clear manner.
- Prepare business presentations, proposals, and client-facing communication materials.
- Support internal communication between marketing, sales, and management teams.
Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills
Must be confident and presentable when dealing with clients or companies
Requirements
- Strong portfolio covering print design, brand materials, and some digital work.
- Hands-on experience in traditional marketing activities is mandatory.
- Good practical understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and Canva.
- Excellent verbal communication for client interaction (English & Urdu).
- Professional email writing and business communication skills.
- Confident, presentable, and able to speak with corporate clients.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Sciences, or related field.
