Required Skills:
- Experience in brand design and graphic design required. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or Graphic Design is preferred. Healthcare experience is also preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines Understanding of social media best practices and digital trends.
- Effective time management, communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work closely and professionally with others
Responsibilities:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the hospital’s brand, outreach efforts, and internal/external communication strategies. This role is responsible for developing, editing, and maintaining marketing collateral; assisting with advertisement creation; managing social media content; supporting promotional campaigns; and coordinating design and printing needs. The specialist will work closely with the Marketing team, hospital leadership, clinical departments, and external vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality materials that align with brand standards. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Minimum Salary: USD $45,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $65,000.00/Yr.Similar jobs
