About the Role

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a hands‑on role in creating, shaping, and delivering compelling content across Sidara’s global internal and external channels. The editorial role of the function will be focused on transforming technical inputs into accessible, engaging stories that highlight Sidara’s impact, sustainability leadership, and innovation. You will support campaigns, internal communications, events, digital channels, and BD enablement—ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand standards, strategically relevant, and delivered with editorial excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit content for internal and external channels including leadership messages, newsletters, case studies, web pages, social posts, and intranet stories.
• Translate complex technical inputs into clear, audience‑friendly narratives that elevate impact and purpose.
• Maintain Sidara’s tone of voice and guardrails; coach contributors and ensure editorial consistency across teams and regions.
• Manage the editorial calendar and align with campaign plans and leadership priorities.
• Brief design and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, on‑time content delivery.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing channel-ready content for web, email, and social platforms.
• Adapt copy to channel best practices, including SEO, metadata, UTM tracking, and accessibility standards.
• Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events, including logistics, materials, run-of-show documents, and on-site execution as needed.
• Coordinate content, assets, timelines, and promotion with the Campaigns Lead and Digital Marketing Coordinator.
• Assist with community engagement, FAQs, and campaign or event promotion.
• Draft employee-facing communications such as leadership messages, talking points, town hall materials, and intranet posts.
• Partner with regional teams to localize messaging for different audiences.
• Work with change champions to package updates and support effective message cascades.
• Uphold brand, editorial, and accessibility standards across all content outputs.
• Manage approvals, version control, and documentation.
• Support a clear, end-to-end content workflow from intake and briefing through publishing and measurement.
• Monitor content performance and engagement metrics in collaboration with digital teams.
• Share insights to inform future storytelling, formats, and headlines.
• Contribute to monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

Your Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing or corporate communications with a strong writing portfolio.
• Ability to simplify technical subject matter and craft compelling narratives.
• Experience supporting integrated campaigns and coordinating digital channels.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365, CMS platforms, and social scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and tagging fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
