Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Communications Specialist to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and leverage digital tools to connect with our target audiences. The Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing and communications activities that support revenue growth at American Alloy. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that ensures the right messages reach the right audience at the right time across digital channels, sales enablement materials, campaigns, and events.

This role partners closely with outside and inside sales, operations, and leadership to turn internal expertise into practical, market-facing content and tools that support revenue, pipeline development, customer engagement, and brand credibility.

Core Accountabilities

· Delivery against quarterly marketing and communications plans and deliverables

· Content and sales enablement development

· Digital marketing, SEO, and web presence

· Audience targeting, lead handling, and nurturing support

· Tradeshow and event marketing execution

Key Responsibilities

Content & Sales Enablement Development

· Create and maintain sales enablement materials including capability one-pagers, sell sheets, and case studies

· Develop and publish regular SEO-optimized blog content

· Interview customers, engineering, operations, and sales teams to translate rough input into usable content

· Ensure consistent messaging across all customer-facing materials

· Coordinate vendors while maintaining strong internal ownership

Digital Marketing, SEO & Web Presence

· Maintain and update the company website (WordPress experience preferred)

· Execute foundational SEO activities including keywords and meta tags

· Support email, social (eg. LinkedIn), and light paid search campaigns

· Track performance using Google Analytics (GA4)

Audience Targeting & Lead Handling

· Support audience targeting and lead handling in CRM (Pipedrive)

· Ensure accurate lead capture, tracking, segmentation, and nurturing

· Partner with inside and outside sales on follow-up and conversion

· Provide basic CRM and Excel-based reporting for performance

Ways of Working

· Comfortable taking the lead and executing despite incomplete inputs

· Able to execute against tight timelines

· Hands-on, practical, and action-oriented

· Collaborative across sales, operations, and leadership

· Able to manage vendors without dependency

Experience & Skills

· BS/BA or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communications

· 5+ years experience in a Marketing Communications role

· B2B, industrial, or manufacturing experience preferred

· Experience with WordPress, SEO, GA4, CRM tools, email platforms, Canva, and basic paid search

· Strong written communication and organizational skillsesponsibilities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
