Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Marketing & Communications Support Specialist for the Middle East operating unit. As a member of the Middle East Marketing and Communications team, you’ll help execute strategic campaigns, content, and engagement activities that strengthen Jacobs’ brand, celebrate our people, and connect our internal and external audiences.
This role reports to the Marketing and Communications Director, Middle East.
Responsibilities

Support execution of the Middle East Marketing Plan and regional Campaigns.

Draft and edit marketing materials, social media posts, articles, Q&As, and case studies for internal and external channels (Amplify, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Coordinate logistics and content for regional events and client collaborations, including internal showcases, summits, and thought-leadership sessions.

Assist in managing the marketing and content calendar, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Collaborate with the global marketing analytics team to prepare regular reports and dashboards on content performance, social media engagement, and campaign outcomes.

Maintain Jacobs brand consistency and visual standards across all outputs.

Support coordination with global and regional corporate communications, digital, and brand teams to ensure alignment and amplify key regional messages.
Here's what you'll need

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Brings 4–6 years’ experience in marketing or communications, ideally within a professional services, engineering, or infrastructure environment.

Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Is digitally confident — comfortable working with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), enterprise communications platforms (MyEmma), and analytics systems (Sprinklr, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

Is proactive and independent, able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Displays strong organizational and coordination skills, balancing tasks across two dynamic teams.

Works collaboratively with empathy and professionalism, building trusted relationships across regions and levels.

Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling, inclusion, and teamwork.
