Position Summary

Dynamic Health Carolinas is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to lead patient acquisition efforts, manage community partnerships, and enhance engagement with both new and current patients. This role will focus on building strong referral networks, driving new patient leads, managing social media presence, and coordinating patient-centered events that strengthen relationships within the clinic community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Referral Partnerships

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase new patient leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal union representatives, hospital liaisons, and personal injury attorneys to create consistent referral streams.
  • Identify new opportunities for community and professional partnerships that align with organizational growth goals.

Community & Patient Engagement

  • Plan, organize, and execute in-clinic patient events to foster loyalty and patient satisfaction.
  • Represent Dynamic Health Carolinas at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage and grow the organization’s presence across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content, campaigns, and advertisements to attract and retain patients.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Track marketing performance, lead generation outcomes, and event ROI.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on outreach and marketing activities to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development (preferred).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
