Wellness Wing, a growing medical spa in Lafayette, CO, is seeking a motivated, community-minded, and wellness-driven Marketing & Community Relations Coordinator to support brand growth, local engagement, and client acquisition. This role is essential to expanding our presence in the Lafayette community and strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, organized, and confident representing Wellness Wing both online and in person. This multifaceted role blends community relationship management, public-facing brand representation, and creative marketing execution.

You will serve as a public liaison for Wellness Wing—building meaningful relationships, fostering brand trust, and representing our mission of whole-body wellness and natural results.

A genuine passion for the entire spectrum of medical spa and wellness services is essential. The right candidate must appreciate and support medical aesthetics, injectables, skincare, massage therapy, IV therapy, and holistic wellness in order to authentically promote and speak to what we do.

This position is part-time at 10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on performance and business need.

Compensation

$17–$25/hour, depending on experience, deliverables, and measurable contributions to business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, non-profits, organizations, and community leaders
  • Serve as the public-facing representative of Wellness Wing at networking groups, events, markets, and local functions
  • Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities that support brand visibility and client growth
  • Foster positive connections with both external community partners and internal team members
  • Coordinate community participation, sponsorships, donation opportunities, and outreach programs

Marketing, Public Relations & Brand Growth

  • Support development and implementation of marketing strategies, local campaigns, and seasonal promotions
  • Assist with social media planning, posting, engagement, and community management
  • Contribute creative ideas for promotions, collaborations, and digital content
  • Act as a public liaison for the brand in community and media-facing touchpoints
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Support planning and execution of in-office events, open houses, and member-focused programs

Customer Relations & Client Experience

  • Gather client and community feedback, supporting improvements in satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with loyalty initiatives, referral programs, and re-engagement outreach
  • Communicate upcoming specials, events, and membership offerings through relationship-based outreach
  • Uphold a warm, welcoming, and professional presence when representing the brand

Administrative, Reporting & Strategy Support

  • Track marketing metrics, community outcomes, and partnership progress
  • Maintain organized lists, outreach calendars, contact logs, and communication pipelines
  • Prepare brief summaries of weekly or monthly deliverables and engagement efforts
  • Assist in developing long-term community engagement strategies aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, community outreach, public relations, customer relations, or networking roles — required
  • Strong interpersonal communication and public speaking skills
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident representing a wellness brand
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Professional appearance, presentation, and communication
  • Passion for medical spa and wellness services (injectables, aesthetics, skincare, massage, IV therapy) — required
  • Experience in wellness, spa, hospitality, or medical aesthetics is a plus
  • Flexibility for occasional travel to local events or business outreach
  • Comfort using digital tools, social media platforms, and organizational software

How This Role Is Evolving

As community engagement becomes more digital, this position will involve developing and managing online relationships, participating in digital community forums, and gathering feedback through social media interaction. Remote-friendly communication skills, initiative, and independent decision-making are increasingly important.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $48,840.36 - $58,818.50 per year
