Job Summary

We’re seeking a versatile, results-driven Marketing Consultant to lead and execute full-funnel marketing initiatives. This is a great fit for a full-stack marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can move fluidly between strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing our digital presence, and supporting revenue growth through data-backed marketing operations.

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills—you should be just as comfortable writing high-converting ad copy as you are building landing pages, A/B testing campaign assets, and automating workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital networks.
• Manage retargeting efforts, track ROAS, and adjust spending to maximize performance.
• Design and deploy email campaigns with segmentation, personalization, and automated drip sequences.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Manage website content and performance, ensuring SEO best practices (technical, on-page, and content).
• Build and test high-converting landing pages for webinars, lead magnets, and promotions.
• Analyze site behavior with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Build and manage workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing and sales alignment.
• Maintain clean, actionable data across platforms with proper tracking and lead scoring.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to support pipeline health and accelerate deal velocity.

Content & AI-Driven Marketing

• Write compelling content for emails, ads, landing pages, and blog posts.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to generate ad variations and campaign copy.
• Develop scalable workflows for AI-generated content that align with brand tone and compliance.

SEO & Organic Growth

• Conduct keyword research and competitor audits to guide content and SEO strategy.
• Implement on-page optimizations and link-building initiatives.
• Monitor search performance and iterate to improve organic visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Looker Studio, Zapier, or N8N.
• Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for making website adjustments.
• Experience with HubSpot.

The pay range for this role is:
1,300 - 1,500 USD per month(Turkey)
