Marketing Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and referral growth for our home care agency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, community outreach, and digital strategies tailored to the senior care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

Create and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the agency’s growth objectives, target markets, and service offerings.

• Brand Positioning and Messaging:

Strengthen the agency’s brand identity through clear, compassionate, and professional messaging that resonates with seniors, families, and referral partners.

• Referral Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources to generate new client leads.

• Digital Marketing:

Manage online presence including website optimization, SEO, social media campaigns, Google Ads, and email marketing to attract and retain clients.

• Community Outreach:

Represent the agency at local health fairs, senior expos, and networking events; organize and promote educational workshops and community programs.

• Content Creation:

Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, blog posts, and client success stories.

• Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze marketing metrics (ROI, lead generation, conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
