We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Content Campaign Manager who can plan and execute complete marketing pipelines — not just post on social media.

This Is a PURE Execution Role (Not Just Strategy)
You will own product-led marketing campaigns end-to-end — from planning to content creation to influencer execution and daily social operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Create 30–60–90 day content and campaign plans aligned with product launches
- Build product-led themes like:
- Functionality campaigns (Martingale collars, leashes)
- Occasion wear (Tuxedo bandanas, festive wear)
- Outdoor & travel collections
- Translate campaign ideas into actual shoots, reels, and conversions

2. Shoot & Content Production Management
- Plan and execute:
- Pet model casting via social media
- Videographers & photographers
- Shoot schedules & moodboards
- Ensure 3–5 high-quality videos/reels per campaign
- Coordinate locations, pets, creators, deliverables & timelines

3. Influencer Marketing & Collaborations
- Shortlist & onboard 15–25 influencers per campaign
- Negotiate deliverables (reels, stories, links, usage rights)
- Track:
- Posting schedules
- Coupon codes
- Engagement & performance
- Maintain influencer performance dashboard

4. Social Media Operations (Daily Ownership)
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Manage:
- Posts
- Reels
- Stories
- Engagement activities
- Reply to:
- DMs
- Comments
- Customer queries in collaboration with ops team

5. Graphic & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with freelance graphic designers
- Get:
- Static posts
- Stories
- Banners
- Campaign creatives made regularly
- Ensure brand tonality & visual consistency

6. Marketing Tracking & Reporting
- Track weekly:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Influencer performance
- Conversion trends
- Present simple weekly action reports
