About the role

As a Marketing Content Creator at instashop, you will be driving the ideation and creation of innovative and thumb-stopping content within our dynamic marketing team. Your role will involve cross-functional collaborations to deliver content that seamlessly aligns with our brand identity and business objectives, while upholding our position as a leader in the marketing landscape .

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Creating innovative, trending video content tailored for maximum engagement and shareability across diverse social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on campaign objectives and develop creative content calendars that support the company's marketing objectives
  • Collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality and visually appealing content that aligns with the company's tone of voice, brand guidelines, and messaging
  • Supporting and executing the end-to-end video content creation process, from conceptualization to production and distribution
  • Managing production timelines and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of content
  • Remaining ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content maintains its freshness and relevance
  • Using data-driven insights to optimize content performance and inform future creative decisions
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to the marketing team
  • Managing the social media coverage of external and internal events, ensuring alignment with content strategy and brand messaging
  • Event content coverage (photography & videography)


Key qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience as a creative content creator or in a similar role
  • Ability to film with high-end cameras, with solid knowledge of lighting and on-set audio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent software)
  • Strong editing, animation, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and trends
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong written communication skills in both languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, media, or a related field
