Marketing & Content Creator ( Kirkland, WA, )

Ariid Group — the parent company of AriidGroup.com : Ariana Designs & Interiors, Ariid Build & Remodel, and Ariid Home & Furniture and other partner companies— is hiring a part-time creative partner to support our growing design-build-furnish studio.

We’re looking for talent in two areas:

Social Media & Video Content

For candidates who excel in content creation, YouTube SEO, short-form videos, and on-site storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create short-form videos (IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and assist with longer YouTube content.
• Capture on-site B-roll, behind-the-scenes moments, and project progress footage.
• Film and photograph installation days, studio work, and design walkthroughs.
• Work closely with our video editor to maintain a consistent, luxury aesthetic.
• Write captions, engage with followers, and support overall content strategy.
• Curate and edit visual assets for posts, stories, and thumbnails.
• Assist with recording in the podcast studio in the office- MarketHQ.co
• Record content- with Ariana

Ideal Candidate
You’re someone who understands YouTube SEO, social strategy, trending audio, pacing, and visual storytelling. You love capturing live moments, creating dynamic edits, and building a cohesive feed that reflects high-end home design.

Brand & Marketing Design

For candidates who are strong in graphic design, marketing campaigns, newsletters, and visual brand development.

What You’ll Do

• Create branded visuals such as postcards, mailers, brochures, and presentation pieces.
• Edit photos for portfolios, press submissions, and website features.
• Support the team with newsletters, client announcements, promotions, and communication pieces.
• Assist with landing pages, small web updates, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare imagery and layouts for print and digital campaigns across all Ariid Group companies.
• Organize and maintain a polished image library for ongoing use.

Ideal Candidate
You’re a true marketer with a refined eye for design, layout, and brand consistency. You enjoy building campaigns, designing cohesive visuals, and supporting communication across multiple platforms.

Who You Are (General Fit for Either Track)

• Creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Skilled in visual communication, composition, and storytelling.
• Able to manage multiple projects with clarity and follow-through.
• Interested in luxury home design and the emotion behind well-crafted spaces.
• Familiar with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, or similar platforms.

Bonus Strengths

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO and performance analytics.
• Prior work in interior design, lifestyle branding, architecture, or real estate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.98 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
