-- Marketing Content Creator (Photo/Video) — Sports + Product
Location: Dalton, GA (In-House, Full-Time) Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Director
--About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on content creator who makes assets that move metrics. You’ll power our ad campaigns, eCommerce (website + Amazon), email, SEO content, and organic social—and you’ll also spot gaps and launch independent content initiatives to close them.
You’ll own the path from idea → brief → shoot → edit → publish → performance readout. Expect to produce energetic sports/action sets, product imagery that converts, and short-form video with hooks that stop the scroll. You build for audience, channel, and goal, plan shoots end-to-end, light and capture cleanly, cut tight edits with strong captions/CTAs, and deliver on deadline. You’re organized, feedback-hungry, and relentless about results. High-caliber work. Extreme ownership. Outcomes over excuses. Nobody is bigger than the team.
