Join our product-driven team at Bytes Maestros and help shape our products and clients' success!

I'm Ibrahim, founder of Bytes Maestros, a software startup with its HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, and our core development team based here in Alexandria, Egypt. We build custom software for clients and we’re also creating our own SaaS product.

Our team is small (5 people), product-driven, and engineering-led. That means you'll be working directly with the founder and deeply shaping how our products look, feel, and perform.

We're looking for an independent, technically-aware strategist to be the voice and growth engine across our consultancy and SaaS product.

The Role: Core Responsibilities

You will be expected to own the entire content, analytics, and marketing function, applying your skills across both our B2B consultancy and our B2B SaaS product.

1. Content & Localization Mastery

  • B2B Content: Research, write, and publish high-authority Case Studies and Thought Leadership articles to attract high-value enterprise clients.
  • Product Content: Write high-value blog posts, step-by-step Tutorials, and comprehensive documentation for our product users.
  • Localization Operations: Own the end-to-end bilingual process (Arabic & English). This involves working directly within design tools (Figma) and editing content structures.
  • Product Communications: Create user-friendly Release Notes and manage website content and in-app copy.

2. Growth Strategy & SEO

  • SEO Ownership: Define, implement, and monitor the keyword and SEO property strategy for all pages (client projects, service pages, product pages, and blogs).
  • Technical SEO Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to translate SEO requirements into actionable tasks, ensure technical compliance, and implement structured data (JSON-LD) where appropriate.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track product performance (e.g., sign-ups, retention) and consultancy lead volume based on organic and content channels.

3. Analytics & Operations (GA4)

  • Data Literacy: Define, implement, and monitor custom conversion goals and user funnels within Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Reporting: Generate clear, actionable executive performance reports.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is mid-level in experience but senior in ownership, suited for someone comfortable working independently in a small, product-led team.

  • Hands-on experience in content creation, SEO, and analytics
  • Strong bilingual writing skills (Arabic & English)
  • Ability to translate product features into clear value propositions for different audiences.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and designers
  • Ownership mentality — can define processes and deliver results with minimal guidance
  • Bonus: SaaS experience, GA4/SEO tools, content funnel knowledge
