Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Content Specialist / Content Marketer with 3–4 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role goes beyond writing, you will plan, manage, and optimize content initiatives across channels to drive engagement, visibility, and growth.
You will work closely with designers, SEO, and marketing teams to turn complex technical and venture-studio concepts into high-performing, goal-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, edit, and publish content across websites, blog, social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Own and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent publishing aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and launches.
- Develop content strategies for different funnels (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Create case studies, success stories, and thought-leadership content highlighting venture studio work, on-demand teams, and digital transformation projects.
- Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce content-led assets (infographics, video scripts, brochures, landing pages).
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
- Conduct research on industry trends (software development, venture studios, digital services) to generate relevant and timely content ideas.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement, working closely with SEO teams when required.
- Distribute and repurpose content across relevant channels to maximize reach and performance.
- Track and analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and refine strategy based on insights.
- Manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Content Specialist, Content Marketer, or similar role (not just writing-focused).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical or business concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Experience with content planning, calendars, and campaign-based content execution.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and writing for search visibility.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, SEO, product, sales).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Curious mindset with interest in technology, startups, and digital transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, software development, or digital services audiences.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and content-management workflows.
- Experience with content distribution, repurposing, and performance optimization.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) and content KPIs.
Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns rather than standalone content pieces.
