Marketing Content Specialist

Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and versatile Marketing Content Specialist to support our growing brand. This role blends content creation, digital marketing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is both creative and organized—someone who can execute marketing campaigns while also handling day-to-day updates across platforms. This position will also involve capturing content in active work environments, requiring adaptability and comfort in hands-on settings.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

● Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)

● Assist with general administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed

● Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing use, including in operational/shop environments

● Develop and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automation)

● Assist with website updates and light maintenance (content edits, landing pages, basic troubleshooting)

● Write clear, compelling copy for posts, ads, and website content

● Monitor analytics and performance metrics to improve campaigns

● Support brand consistency across all channels

● Collaborate with team members on campaigns, events, and promotions

Qualifications:

● Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

● Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools

● Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)

● Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)

● Comfortable making basic website updates (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS)

● Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar)

● Ability and willingness to capture content in active shop or industrial environments (including conditions such as dust, noise, and ongoing operations)

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects

● Self-starter who can work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

● Graphic design experience

● Photo/Video production experience

● Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights)

● Understanding of SEO basics

● Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment

● Event marketing or auto industry marketing experience (if applicable)
