Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our HOMEHEALTH/HOSPICE team. This role is essential in driving our marketing initiatives and supporting various campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and performance analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engage our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience needs.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts, including print advertising, digital ads (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising), and e-commerce promotions.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support product launches and promotions.
  • Assist in budgeting for marketing activities while ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
  • Support the team in copywriting tasks for various marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visuals.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and performance marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with HTML for basic website updates and enhancements.
  • Excellent research skills combined with the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with Google Analytics to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
