Marketing Coordinator
(Domino’s Franchise DAKS – Customer Orders & Campaign Support)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support our Domino’s DAKS franchise operations. This role is office-based Monday through Friday, focusing on marketing coordination, campaign execution, and local store marketing support. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will assist with customer order management throughout the day and provide occasional weekend/on-call support to ensure customer needs are met outside normal office hours.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both marketing and customer engagement, and can balance office-based projects with real-time customer order responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support
- Assist in the development and execution of local store marketing campaigns (flyers, coupons, community events, digital ads, and promotions).
- Create and schedule social media content to highlight new products, promotions, and community partnerships.
- Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate activities with Area Coaches and Store General Managers.
- Track performance metrics for campaigns (sales lift, redemption rates, customer engagement).
- Support grand openings, new product launches, and local community outreach efforts.
Customer Order Management
- Accurately process and support customer orders via phone, email, and online systems during office hours.
- Provide timely support for special orders, catering requests, or promotional redemptions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues, answering questions, and promoting current specials.
- Be available on weekends or evenings (remotely) to assist with customer order activity or special marketing promotions.
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure order accuracy, timeliness, and smooth execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent customer service/marketing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience required; experience in quick-service or retail marketing preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Domino’s PULSE system or similar order management tools is a plus.
- Highly organized and flexible, with the ability to balance marketing projects and customer-facing duties.
- Willingness to work Monday–Friday in an office setting with flexibility for weekend/on-call order support.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
