Marketing Coordinator

The Miles Team at Compass RE is looking for a motivated self-starter who is passionate about marketing and social media to join our dynamic and fast-growing real estate team in Nashville. We would love someone with high energy to brag on our agents and the amazing jobs they do.

This position is responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of collateral materials; & helping plan team events. You will be intimately involved in helping our team communicate the value we bring to the community.

This role will be about 20 hrs/week so if you have a marketing background and are also interested in the real estate industry this could be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, monthly newsletters and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
• Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Regularly update social media and respond to followers on: FB, Instagram, Website, etc.
• Create Print Materials and Digital Graphics for each listing
• Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
• Create and plan quarterly client events
• Create and plan quarterly team events
• Create Print Materials and Digital Graphics for each listing
• Coordinate video client testimonials

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
• Familiarity with Canva
• Experience with short form video editing programs (like Capcut) for social media reels/clips
• Excellent written communication skills & a keen attention to detail
• Strong decision making skills
• Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
• Proven skill set in social media
• Minimum of 1-year marketing/brand management
