The Role

We are seeking a remote, full-time Marketing Coordinator/Strategist to drive patient/member acquisition and employer-client retention for onsite or near-site health centers. In this role you will report to and work alongside our Chief Operations Officer, supporting initiatives and delivering multi-channel campaigns that translate clinical value-propositions into compelling stories for HR leaders and employees.

Essential Job Functions "What You'll Do":

  • Develop annual marketing plans aligned to client-specific KPIs (enrollment, portal adoption, NPS).
  • Produce turnkey tool-kits (emails, flyers, video, SMS) for benefits-teams and wellness-champions.
  • Coordinate onsite events (health fairs, ribbon-cuttings, provider meet-and-greets).
  • Localize content for diverse workforces; liaise with internal clinical, analytics & product teams.
  • Track campaign metrics, enrollment lift and ROI; iterate with A/B testing.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships; ensure brand compliance.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive plans to help businesses achieve their objectives by attracting and retaining customers.

Essential Qualifications "What You'll Need":

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant fields such as marketing, business, and or related, preferred.
  • 2-5 years in a marketing coordinator/strategy role and or similar, required.
  • Proficient with SEO, HubSpot/Iterable, Canva/Adobe CC, and basic marketing analytics, required.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, required.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% to employer sites throughout the United States, required.
  • Onsite and/or nearsite employer clinic experience and/or employee-benefits marketing experience - a bonus.
  • Bilingual - Spanish & English - a bonus.
  • Excellent copywriting & stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies or strategies quickly.
  • Works well with a team and as an individual contributor in a remote setting.
  • Thrives in a fast-pace environment with demonstrated excellence at multi-tasking, overseeing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong project management skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Communicates effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • Maintains strong organizational skills, manages time efficiently and consistently meets deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to identify forward-thinking techniques to achieve revenue goals.
