Marketing Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.


Responsibilities


1. Brand Marketing:

Participate in all brand marketing nodes throughout the year and be involved in the implementation of activities. The types of activities cover social media promotion, KOL events, outdoor advertising, store roadshows, global exhibitions, summits, etc.


2. Product Marketing:

Participate in all product marketing milestones and promotional activities throughout the year and be involved in the implementation of these activities. The types of activities cover new product launch events, product displays in channel stores, product material management, store advertising, global exhibitions, large-scale summits, etc.


3. Growth and Channels:

Manage the existing media resource package, introduce efficient local media in the UAE, and continuously optimize user reach efficiency. Marketing business should cover channels such as OR, IR, e-commerce, and distribution.


4. Management and Collaboration:

Internally connect with various departments and integrate the company's brand and product resources. Externally, connect with UAE advertising agencies and producers, and fully participate in the entire process of business communication, negotiation, contract signing, monitoring execution, and payment. Introduce high-quality UAE agents to enhance the efficiency of resource utilization and promote the efficient implementation of marketing budgets.


Requirements


1. Professional Skills

  • Office Software Proficiency: Master Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Image processing: Simple photography and videography.


2. Work Experience

  • Marketing Experience Preferred: Candidates with 1 - 3 years in UAE company MKT department.
  • MKT Operation Management Experience: Experience in MKT process optimization, Agent connection Cost control.


3. Personal Abilities
