We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and customer engagement.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand, attract high-end clientele, and drive service appointments. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury brands, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging and brand-appropriate content.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
- Assist in organizing promotional events, VIP customer appreciation nights, and sponsorships.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely rollout of seasonal promotions and campaigns.
- Collaborate with service advisors and front desk teams to understand client preferences and develop targeted messaging.
- Support the creation of brochures, flyers, banners, and other print/digital collateral.
- Maintain the CRM database and assist with customer segmentation for personalized outreach.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required (photographers, printers, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role; experience in luxury, automotive, or hospitality industries is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and luxury brand positioning.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or marketing to high-net-worth individuals.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads.
- Photography or visual storytelling experience, especially for luxury products.
