We are now seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and customer engagement.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives to promote our brand, attract high-end clientele, and drive service appointments. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury brands, strong organizational skills, and hands-on experience in digital and traditional marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to a high-net-worth clientele.
  • Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging and brand-appropriate content.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, VIP customer appreciation nights, and sponsorships.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely rollout of seasonal promotions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and front desk teams to understand client preferences and develop targeted messaging.
  • Support the creation of brochures, flyers, banners, and other print/digital collateral.
  • Maintain the CRM database and assist with customer segmentation for personalized outreach.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required (photographers, printers, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role; experience in luxury, automotive, or hospitality industries is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and luxury brand positioning.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with or marketing to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads.
  • Photography or visual storytelling experience, especially for luxury products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
