Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for representing Busy Beaver across all print, digital, and in-person platforms while serving as the voice of our customers inside the organization. This role collaborates closely with the VP of Business Intelligence & Strategy, Merchandising Department, Social Media Ambassadors, and vendors to deliver creative, professional, and uniquely “Busy Beaver” marketing campaigns.

Ad Event Process (Sales Flyer)

Design promotional ads aligned with brand standards.
Compile accurate, high-quality product images.
Manage ad proofing and review cycles.
Build SKU lists and upload for ad stock status reporting.
Upload and manage phone messages for campaign launches.

Digital Marketing

Create and distribute “Deal of the Day” emails.
Develop graphics for digital promotions and online campaigns.

In-Store Signage

Manage signage requests through a ticketing system.
Maintain trackers to ensure proper chargebacks of print requests.
Design event signage and in-store banners.

Store Supplies

Fulfill supply requests submitted by stores.
Track and charge back requests appropriately.
Replenish supply inventory as needed.

Events

Partner with Vice President of Business Intelligence & Strategy to plan customer and team events.
Assist with planning and setup of training events.
Attend and support on-site events.

Social Media

Lead the Social Media Ambassador Program.
Create and schedule engaging content.
Manage the social content calendar.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in retail marketing, consumer brands, or multi-location organizations preferred.
  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-first perspective.
