MARKETING COORDINATOR

ROLE SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Marketing Director and provides hands-on support for the execution of marketing initiatives across client projects and retainers. This role is responsible for keeping the project management system up to date, ensuring tasks are assigned, and completing deliverables on schedule. The Marketing Coordinator also assists with research, content creation, social media posting, email campaigns, and website updates-executing all tasks under the direction of the Marketing Director. By maintaining organization, consistency, and attention to detail, this role plays a key part in ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, effectively, and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with and take direction from the Marketing Director to support the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Follow established E47 processes and methods with openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, and willingness to adapt.
  • Conduct research to gather insights that inform campaign planning and creative direction.
  • Coordinate project tasks to keep initiatives organized, on track, and aligned with deadlines. Maintain the project management system by documenting details thoroughly, updating task progress, and ensuring clear communication.
  • Complete assigned tasks on time and follow through fully to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Communicate proactively if due dates or deadlines cannot be met and propose realistic adjustments when needed.
  • Compile and format monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Execute day-to-day marketing tasks, including content writing, social media posting, email campaign setup, and website updates, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all marketing deliverables under the direction of the Marketing Director.
  • Recognize and apply high standards for marketing output (especially for social media and client-facing materials) while incorporating E47's style and marketing approach.
  • Engage clients with strong customer service skills, listen actively, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions to help build and maintain long lasting relationships.
  • Deliver work that not only meets but strives to exceed client expectations.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or a related role, with exposure to project coordination, content creation, and client interaction, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create and publish content across multiple channels (social media, email, blogs, websites, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, process quickly, and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, project management software, social media scheduling tools, Google Analytics, email platforms).
  • Creative thinker who enjoys learning, welcomes feedback, and contributes across a wide range of marketing activities.

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor's degree is great, but we're more concerned about your abilities than a degree.
