Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives for the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to leverage modern digital and AI tools as well as data analysis to enhance marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and brand awareness. This role works closely with sales, product management, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of the company’s products and services across multiple channels. The Marketing Coordinator reports directly to the Machine Sales + Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Coordination
    • Maintain and organize marketing files, customer contact lists, and project documentation
    • Assist in preparing marketing collateral, presentations, and product data sheets for the sales team
    • Manage updates to the company website and ensure product information is current
    • Capture videos and photos for sales and marketing purposes and perform editing as required
    • Develop, maintain, and update printed brochures
    • Monitor inventory levels of printed materials, branded merchandise, and event supplies
    • Manage direct and indirect digital marketing initiatives including social media
    • Work with vendors and internal departments to produce signage, trade show displays, and advertisements
  • Trade Show and Event Logistics
    • Register for trade shows and industry events; coordinate booth setup, shipping, and staff travel schedules
    • Prepare post-event reports, including lead tracking and feedback collection
  • Digital Presence and Communication
    • Post updates to social media accounts with guidance from marketing leadership
    • Draft email announcements and newsletters for internal review
    • Maintain photo and video libraries of equipment and events

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, certificate, or education in marketing
  • Professional experience (2-3 years) in marketing, event planning, and/or admin role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are REQUIRED
  • An understanding of graphic design, website maintenance and content creation, and professional social media presence
  • A strong eye for detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working with multiple teams including Sales, Product Management, and other departments within the company
  • Must combine professionalism and enthusiasm in approach to work; initiative and willingness to learn how things work and to design marketing content for conveying such

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (based on education and experience; this is a salary, non-exempt position)
