Definition of Role Revision:
Mozart's Marketing Coordinator (Coordinator) will own the field, in-store and marketing tactical execution for Mozart’s
directly in support of the Creative Director and Communication & Relations Director and Operational Leadership who
are operating the business day to day.
The central skills requirement for this role are a combination of resourcefulness, positivity and the willingness to
serve, cooperate and be part of a team working towards marketing excellence.
On a day-to-day basis, the Marketing Coordinator will
- collaborate with the company’s Creative Director and other Content development sources to support
promotional and marketing success with efforts including but not limited to: asset management, organization
of all digital relics,field photography, event coverage, and purposeful archival photography of events.
- collaborate with the company’s Communication & Relations Director in all areas of copy/comms to support
promotional and awareness success including but not limited to: establishing/ updating / maintaining all
media / influencer contacts, paid media support, administrative tasks, forms, assigned copywriting,
- collaborate with Operational Leadership by supporting their sales/marketing centric activities at our facilities
and across our Events businesses, including but not limited to: deep pillar understanding, connection to
Cafe, Coffee and Bakery leaders and their craft, support with executing street level point of purchase sales
and marketing initiatives, production of print based collateral and campus wide signage to be used on site
for the day to day customer flows and special events
Activities & Influence:
The (Coordinator) will support the creation of content, by way of a range of task execution established with their
Leader for our on and off premise campaigns, product marketing launches, instore, Event and digital and non-digital
channel marketing and programming efforts.

Tactical Responsibilities of Role Directly and/or Through Your Organizational Personnel:
➔ Facilitate the design and implementation of successful marketing and social media campaigns
➔ Plan and implement (on campus at Mozart’s and in store) well-communicated awareness campaigns for
staff/customers
➔ Create / update database of all contact information for media / influencers
➔ Organize “The Brain” for easy access to archival information
➔ Set up appropriate/practical tracking systems for all omni-channel marketing activities effectiveness
➔ Be aware of and track effectiveness for active spend campaigns (Insta, FB, Google, Yelp, Local, Print,
Radio, PR)
➔ Manage the direction/subcontracting assigned work of social media/channels community responses
➔ Maintain and share reports of awareness of our competitors and identify our place within the market
➔ Measure, collect, analyze and leverage all types of data capable to impact outcomes
➔ Effectively time for use of Alpine IQ information for outreach to existing customer base prior to general
market outreach
➔ Create, Update and Implement internal and external events/promotional calendars for customers and
internal employees
➔ Organize promotional activities for new products/services/specials/seasonal items with Operations/Cafe
➔ Support efforts to bring about all public/promotional elements of Events for Mozart’s brand continuity
➔ Track daily work for weekly reports / meetings to set priorities
Skills to be Demonstrated & Advanced in Role:
➔ Exploit traditional and “new” digital marketing tools, Apps and relevant AI where applicable
➔ Engage, direct, coordinate external resources as we see need to have others assist from time to time
➔ Growth in knowledge of entertainment mediums relevant to the business growth
Compensation - Phase I (Start Date thru 12/31/25) - Review at 12/31/25:
$ 57,600 Base
