Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator personally and professionally supports the vision and mission of the law firm by developing, implementing, and executing the strategic marketing plan to ensure leads are generated to meet firm sales goals, and supports client services to ensure customer retention goals are met.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the owner, and Operations Coordinator to establish strategic plans on a quarterly and annual basis. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for branding, lead generation, content creation, creative development, website oversight, event management, including relationship marketing and traditional marketing (social media, print, and media).

The Marketing Coordinator works independently and collaborates with the law firm’s lawyers, support staff and finance to foster a team spirit in cooperation with firm management. All law firm employees must always maintain confidentiality with regard to client files, firm interest, and employees. The Marketing Coordinator may perform other duties as necessary to keep the production and administrative functions of the law firm operating smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the firm’s mission, values, and goals.
  • Manage creation, delivery, and consistency of all marketing materials and communications.
  • Oversee website updates, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Support client engagement through workshops, events, and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure qualified leads and client satisfaction.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Provide occasional administrative and front desk support as needed.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and team initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email campaigns, website CMS).
  • Experience with data tracking, reporting, and using insights to guide strategy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in legal, financial, or small business marketing as well as sales
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or a client-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Graphic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Event planning and coordination experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
