Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and personable Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our agency in the community building relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the acquisition of 20 new private pay home care clients per month. You ll work across multiple platforms to present a cohesive brand message and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our mission is clearly communicated.
Duties

- Visit doctor offices, hospital discharge desks, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, senior centers, elder law attorneys, and community organizations
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform advertising sales strategies.
- Create compelling content for various platforms, including email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines.
- Oversee e-commerce initiatives, ensuring product listings are accurate and appealing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Assist in managing budgets for marketing initiatives and track expenditures against forecasts.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing promotional materials and graphics as needed.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is desirable for website management tasks.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Projected Total Compensation: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
