Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Global Marketing Department in driving marketing initiatives across PCA Global’s portfolio of companies. This role will be central in managing marketing requests, coordinating campaigns, assisting with event coordination, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with exposure to multiple industries, including financial services, legal, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inflow, prioritization, and trafficking of marketing requests across all business units.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and team initiatives.
- Collaborate with the graphic designer and stakeholders to produce engaging marketing assets across digital and social platforms.
- Organize and maintain the marketing brand asset library (e.g., Brandfolder, Canva), ensuring files are accurate and accessible.
- Schedule and monitor social media content across platforms using tools like Sprout Social.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to support marketing strategy.
- Liaise across internal departments and external partners to coordinate meetings, capture action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend and support the scheduling and coordination of meetings, requests, and deliverables with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and multiple agencies as needed.
- Contribute to content planning by identifying relevant observances, events, and opportunities for campaign alignment.
- Support multiple agencies and external partners as needed.
- Assist with event coordination and on-site/off-site event support.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the marketing team.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 0–1 year of marketing experience; internship or relevant coursework accepted.
- Strong digital literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva, Smartsheets, Sprout Social, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and proofreading ability.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Creative, collaborative, and proactive approach with a positive “can-do” attitude.
