Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, print media, mailers, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics to drive brand awareness and engagement. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Conduct research to identify market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage content creation for various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Support email marketing initiatives by creating engaging content and managing distribution lists.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, including advertising sales strategies.
- Oversee social media accounts, creating posts that engage audiences and promote brand visibility.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing initiatives and track expenditures against the budget.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials that enhance brand recognition.
- Manage WordPress site updates and ensure content is current and relevant.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Familiarity with multichannel marketing strategies and performance marketing principles.
- Proficient in Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other online advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences.
- Knowledge of marketing platforms and experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
