How You Will Contribute
- Set up proposals for new construction and existing building energy efficiency and sustainability services.
- Coordinate and produce RFP responses, qualifications packages, promotional materials, leave-behinds, and interview presentations.
- Write, edit, and research content for proposals, project sheets, and marketing collateral
- Track leads and opportunities using our project management software
- Support the organization of participation in industry, events, and award submissions
- Coordinate and prepare social media content to highlight company projects, culture, and expertise
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with company messaging.
- Oversee production and inventory of marketing materials, collateral, and branded merchandise.
- Support technical staff in preparing and refining client presentations
- Coordinate lunch and learns, AIA Continuing Education efforts, and other client outreach.
- Maintain and renew supplier registrations and company certifications.
- Create and maintain proposal graphics and templates using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
Your Expertise
- Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or communications
- Proposal writing skills and graphic design experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with Chat GPT and Gemini
- Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
- Curious and actively seek answers to questions
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
- Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks within individual workload and adhere to deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Appreciates a collaborative work environment
- An ideal candidate has knowledge of the commercial real estate development industry, and the architecture and engineering field, along with experience with A/E/C industry RFP’s and RFQ’s
